Milburn House

Milburn House, built in 1905, occupies a corner plot between The Side and Dean Street in Newcastle. Said to resemble at the bow of a ship, it was built for the ship building and coal mining Milburn Family to house their many businesses and also the businesses of other firms.

A Statement of Significance was commissioned to fully understand the building and its history to help inform decision making about change to accommodate modern day business needs.
