A detailed heritage statement was prepared for Live Theatre to accompany a planning  application for a new build element in a gap site on Newcastle’s famous Quayside next to the River Tyne. LiveWorks involved working with Architects Flanagan Lawrence and securing consent for alterations to a Grade II listed building for a Childrens Creative Writing Centre (LiveTales).
